I met Chuck when I did locksmith work at his beautiful house off Mt Royal blvd. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met. I remember changing a safe in his upstairs bedroom closet and I said you have a beautiful house here to which he smiled and said wanna see something pretty cool? And he then opened a door right beside his bed with a spiral staircase leading to an indoor pool. Then when I walked in the garage I saw his red Ferrari Testarossa. He was so cool after complimenting that also he said c'mon wanna go for a ride? So we took in down Rt8 and back. I also moved to Fla in 89 and called his office and his secretary asked if I was coming to the party but seeing that I wasn't actually invited I gracefully declined but he was a very gracious man with the Rockstar lifestyle I always could only dream of having. I've many times told stories of meeting such an awesome guy who lived life on his own terms. I will as well as anyone who ever was lucky enough to know him miss him and the essence of what Cool is truly meant to be. RIP Sir

To the Sechan Family, I find myself telling friends of mine Chuck stories. I spent many years around Chuck and I could write a book. He was funny, super intelligent, wild, sophisticated, classy, and liked to push the limits with himself and his beautiful cars. When God made Charles he broke the mold. the one and only Charles J. Sechan. Rest Easy Buddy.

Dear Mimi,Bo,Bob and Ida May and Chucks other family members that I have not have the please of meeting. I just found out about his dead and i am shocked. He was a good friend and will be dearly missed.
I tried to call Chuck twice on his cell phone this week as I was heading to Jupiter, Fl this week to visit my son
and my grand children. I was in Fort Lauderdale today and ran short of time so I didn't try to call Chuck although he crossed my mind.
I can not believe that he is no longer with us.
I considered him a good friend and we had very good business deals from time to time. Charlie always held up his end of the deal, his word was his bond and you could count on what he said to be true and accurate.
I will really miss him. He knew everyone who was important and always had good suggestions as how to do something. I valued his advice.
bob and Ida Mae, you have my deepest sympathy. I know how much you loved Bo and Chuck and I know this is Hard on you. I still Have photo's of you,Ida Mae, Bo and Chuck when all of you attended a party at my home during happier times. All of our wives were pregnant at the time and we took a group photo.
I will call my brother David and let him know.
If I can be of any help please call me
