David Bouch Obituary
Born Jan. 21, 1959, in Natrona Heights, Pa., he was the son of the late Melvin and Deanna Bouch.
Dave was a member of the Free Masons Dallas Lodge 231, the Eagles and the Moose. He was an avid fan of all sports and liked spending his time golfing, fishing and being outdoors. Dave also loved to travel, and enjoyed his many trips to Disney World and Myrtle Beach.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy (Thompson) Bouch, whom he married on May 21, 2005; his children, Trisha Kubiak, Anna Kowal, David Bouch II (Sharon Hicks), Michael Bouch and Justin (Katie) Bouch; his stepdaughters, Angela (Todd) Roxbury and Amanda Boulanger; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers; one sister; two brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; his mother-in-law, Margaret Thompson; and several nieces and nephews.
BOUCH - Family and friends of David L. "Dave" Bouch, who died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024, are invited to a memorial service to celebrate his life at 11 a.m. Saturday at THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St., Butler.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
