Donald P. Fox, 71, of Kittanning died Sunday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born July 17, 1939, in Kittanning, he was the son of Homer Fox and Mary Sanoba Fox.
He married Betsy Good Fox on July 8, 1966.
He retired from the Hiland Golf Course and formerly worked at the A&P in Kittanning and at the Mushroom Mine.
He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Manorville.
Mr. Fox was an avid golfer and bowler and enjoyed working in his yard.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Donald Fox of Leechburg; a daughter, Lynn Bauwin of Dayton, Pa.; a brother and his wife, Fred and Genevieve Fox of West Kittanning; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Fox; and sisters, Winifred Schrecengost, Shirley Helm, Orpha Morda, Martha Hahner and Florence Fox.
FOX - Services for Donald P. Fox, who died Sunday, April 3, 2011, will be at the Grace Lutheran Church, Manorville, Tuesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. James A. Higgins officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Mantini Funeral Home, 701 Sixth Ave., Ford City, and from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be in the Bradys Bend Cemetery.
