Scott was a longtime member of Tower Presbyterian Church, where he served for three years as a deacon and three years as an elder.
He dearly loved his family. Scott is survived by his wife, Mary, at home; two children, Michelle Ed (Michael Winklepleck) and Todd (Deb) Frampton; four grandchildren, Nellie (Jake) Kearney, Wesley (Maria) Ed, Brittney (Josh) Thomas and Jake (Margaret) Frampton; four great-grandchildren, Luka Kearney, Jake Straite, and Josephine and Jasper Frampton, and an expected baby Ed in November; and a brother, Jerry L. Frampton. Three sisters-in-law also survive, Linda, Karen and Louise Frampton.
He was preceded in death by three half brothers, Jay Stillwagon, and James "Jim" and Richard "Dick" Frampton; six brothers, Gene, John, Charlie, Sam, Russ, and Larry Frampton, and four sisters, Beth Evans, Louise Bell, Sonja Mace and Susie Frampton.
