Frances Pelon Obituary
October 26, 1929 – July 24, 2014
Pittsboro
The Lord Jesus is my Savior….and "I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever."
Frances (Fran), met her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ face to face on July 24, 2014. Mrs. Pelon, a long time resident of Pittsboro Christian Village can best be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, church pianist and organist as well as a wonderful cook, baker, encourager and precious friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Pelon Willis of Apex, her son, Carl (Kimvan) Pelon of Prior Lake, MN, grandchildren Kristen Lancaster (Aaron), Katie Dotson (Mike), Robert (Rob) Pelon, Alina Pham, Chanda Pham, and sister Lucille Brunsink (Loren) and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Donald (Don) Pelon, two brothers and her parents.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at the Pittsboro Christian Village Chapel, 1825 East Street, Pittsboro, NC at 3:00PM. Visitation will be at 2:00 pm. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in honor and memory of Fran, to The Pittsboro Christian Village, 1825 East Street, Pittsboro, NC 27312 and UNC Hospice of Chatham County, P.O. Box 1077, Pittsboro, NC 27312.

May God Bless you all at this hard time. I have all good memories of Fran Pelon. She was a great Mom and helpmeet to her husband Don. I am grateful to have met her and enjoyed her hospitality many times in her home.
