James Noblit Obituary

James E. Noblit, 62, of Butler passed away July 12 at Allegheny General Hospital.
He was born Jan. 14, 1956, in Ellwood City, the son of the late William J. and Josephine Yanssens Noblit.
James was a member of Springdale Lutheran Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Iraq during Desert Shield. He was a supervisor for JW & Fey Steel Fabricating. He enjoyed camping, fishing and family genealogy.
Surviving are his wife, Pamela Williams Noblit, whom he married July 7, 1990; two daughters, Erica (Justin) Thompson of Boyers and Kristen Noblit of Butler; one son, James Noblit of West Sunbury; one stepson, David (Lesley) McGregor of Petrolia; five grandchildren; two sisters, Geraldine (Jim) Duncan of Irwin and Venza Whitlatch of Clintonville; one brother, Michael Noblit of Grove City; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, William Noblit.
NOBLIT - A memorial service for James E. Noblit, who died Thursday, July 12, 2018, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Springdale Lutheran Church, 1061 Mahood Road, West Sunbury, with Pastor Bob Nagle officiating.
Military honors by VFW 249, Lyndora American Legion 778 and Butler American Legion 117 will follow. Interment will be private.
Arrangements are being handled by Young Funeral Homein Butler.
