Jamie and I were inseparable as kids. We met in Warner Robins Georgia, back in the early 90s I am not sure exactly how (probably the same class or grade) or when we met, but when we met, we were inseparable. We both were on the travel soccer team in Warner Robins. I do remember we ended up being soccer teammates. We were part of a rare class of military brat kids conquering the neighborhoods ( kelly street) with other military friends that we had to lose at some point. It's funny that my sister and I became close with his sister Krista. I'll never forget how fun our childhood days were. Video games were a huge part of our connection. I even remember the days we fought over something stupid, but we made up within days and hung out as brothers, family. We were one of the few Americans that didn't see color. Its unfortunate that my brother died, but I believe he came to me in a dream to say his goodbyes. I do wonder if he missed me as much as I missed. I'll see you again in another lifetime brother. Maybe we will be actual brothers. Until then, watch over me. -Jamaal

I can only ask god why he would take such a a young life. I wish the best to the family and hope that everyone can get through this in their own way. My greatest memories with Jamie were outside roller blading in Georgia when we were kids. I will never forget that memory with him. He is greatly missed.
