Fran Hensler, Administrator Emeritus at Slippery Rock University

Joe and I both worked at Slippery Rock University. Joe was the registrar and I worked in the computer Center. In spring 1972 Joe requested that I develop online course registration. I said it would take at least a year but he insisted that he wanted by fall. Somehow we accomplished the task. Joe pushed for many manual registrar tasks to be automated.
When he retired he continued to use his computer at home and I became his his technical advisor and fixer and also his friend. He used his computer well into his 90s.
I will dearly miss my friend. RIP.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I have known Ramona & Joe for years from Center Pres. Church. They were such a lovely couple, they have been reunited now. May the both rest in peace.
