Joseph Patsy Obituary
He was a 1976 graduate of Karns City High School. He enjoyed fishing, the Steelers and his dog, Gizmo. Joseph served in the U.S. Army from 1976 to 1981.
He is survived by his caretaker and best friend, Patricia Patsy of Chicora; three sisters, Linda (Thomas) Hrabal of Andover, Ohio, Diane (Greg) Schiebel of Worthington, Pa., and Darla (Michael) Smith of East Brady; brother, Dustin (Crystal) Walthour of Fairview; aunt, Andra Kepple; several cousins; a number of nieces and nephews; and a great-niece, great- nephew and great-great-nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond R. Patsy and Ruth L. Kepple Walthour and his grandparents.
PATSY - At his request, there will no visitation or viewing for Joseph R. Patsy, who died Friday, Aug. 18, 2023. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
