Katherine “Kay” Dellich Obituary

Katherine "Kay" Dellich, 84, of Boyers, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2025, at Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove, in Harrisville. surrounded by her family.
Katherine was born Oct. 19, 1940, to the late Ivan "John" Pavlovich and the late Agata "Agnes" (Godinik) Pavlovich in Slickville, Pa.
Kay was a member of St. Faustina Parish attending St. Louis Church and was very active in the church. She was a graduate of Seton Hill College and worked as a substitute teacher in the Moniteau School District. Kay spearheaded the development of the community baseball fields in Boyers, which continued to grow into the Moniteau Youth Baseball & Softball Association that continues to be a big part of the community today. She was an avid Steelers, Penguins and Pirates fan, and never missed a chance to watch her grandsons play baseball. Kay enjoyed hunting and fishing up until her later years.
She is survived by her sons, Danny and John (Sarah); her grandsons, Noah, Oliver and Case; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
In addition to her mother and father, Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel; and her siblings, Mathew (Anthony) Pavlovich, Anthony (Sophia) Pavlovich, Anne (Tony) Slack, John Pavlovich, Steve (Maryann) Pavlovich, George Pavlovich, Lucas (Mary) Pavlovich, Mary (Joe) Baric, Frank (Gloria) Pavlovich and Milan Pavlovich.
DELLICH - Family and friends of Katherine "Kay" Dellich, who died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2025, will be received for visitation from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, at WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18, at St. Faustina Parish, St. Louis Church, 202 State St., West Sunbury, with Father Sean Francis officiating. Burial to follow at Epiphany Catholic Cemetery, Boyers.
