Lillian Rodgers Fernald
Lillian Rodgers Fernald, 88, passed away quietly on Saturday at UPMC Passavant Cranberry Place.
Lillian was born Oct. 2, 1923, a daughter of the late Thomas W. Rodgers and Eliza Snow Rodgers. She was married to the late Clarence W. Fernald.
Survivors include sons W. Scott and his wife, Barb, of Chardon, Ohio, and James E. and his wife, Fran, of Pittsburgh; a stepdaughter, C. Ann Collins of Hartwell, Ga.; sisters, Ruth Gerner and her husband, Charles, of Coudersport, Esther Rodgers of Chicora and Karen Buss of Eastlake, Ohio; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by brothers C. Kenneth, Clifford and Thomas W. Rodgers Jr., as well as a grandson, Trevor S. Fernald.
FERNALD - Friends of Lillian Rodgers Fernald, who passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Bauer-Hillis Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 102 Argyle St., Petrolia, where funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Burial will be in Bear Creek Cemetery, Petrolia.
