Grandma, I will forever remember your smile, the scent of your perfume, your love of flowers, and your talented hands which created the most beautiful necktie quilts, paintings and hairstyles. A strong woman that did whatever was needed in order to care for her loved ones. You loved sitting on dad's porch swing and I think at those times you reminisced of the home you grew up in(the same one that I grew up in)and how proud you were of the way mom and dad fixed it up and beautified the yard with their flowers and gardens. You terribly missed those loved ones that had passed before you - two husbands, three siblings, a daughter, two grandchildren, and numerous friends. You were three when you lost your mother and after almost 97 years, you're finally able to reunite with her. The vision you lost many years ago has been restored and now you're among precious loved ones that have gone before you. I will miss your witty replies but I know you are safe and warm in your Lord's embrace. Love always, Debbie ~
