Martha Lapcevic Obituary
She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Nick Lapcevic; her two children, Erica (Chris) Mason and Nickolas (Sarah) Lapcevic; and her four grandchildren, Lilly and Ian Mason, and Avery and Emily Lapcevic.
She was born on March 19, 1951, to Dr. and Mrs. Ralph Wymer at Fort Campbell, Ky.
Martha graduated from Butler High School in 1969. She pursued a degree at Youngstown University in special education.
In 2007 alongside her husband, they planted New Kent Christian Church, where Nick remained senior pastor, supported by Martha for 10 years.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Wymer and Lillian Wymer; and her brother, Jackson Wymer.
She is also survived by her sister, Carolyn (Ron) Stutz, Sam Wymer, Dan (Donna) Wymer and Randy (Jane) Wymer.
LAPCEVIC - A memorial service for Martha Wymer Lapcevic, who died Friday, Oct. 22, 2021, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, at New Kent Christian Center.
Instead of flowers, please consider making a donation to New Kent Christian School. Make donations to NKCS and designate it to the Mardie Lapcevic scholarship fund in the memo 9660 Tunstall Road, New Kent, VA, 23124.
