Nancy Zavacky Obituary
She was born Jan. 1, 1933, in Cleveland, Ohio. Nancy worked retail sales positions in several area stores, retiring from JCPenney. She was a longtime member of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church and its Ladies Guild in Lyndora. She also was a longtime volunteer the American Legion Post 778 Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael, in 2015.
Nancy is survived by her son, Steve (Ramona) Zavacky of Palm Coast, Fla.; daughters, Lori Zavacky of Butler and Karen Zavacky Badger of Gibsonia; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She also is survived by a brother and two sisters.
ZAVACKY - Interment for Nancy M. Zavacky, who died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2024, will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Arrangements are by GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
