Robert Bugard Obituary
He was born in Butler on Jan. 15, 1985, and was the son of Thomas Paul (Terrie) Burgard.
Robert loved the outdoors. He enjoyed spending time kayaking and rock climbing. He was full of life and loved making people around him laugh. He found joy in making others happy. He was loved and will be forever missed.
Robert was the beloved husband of Anne (Zehmisch) Burgard since their marriage in 2014; stepfather of Justin (Amber) Uram & Emily (Alex) Carson; and brother to Sam (Rachel) Burgard, Tom Burgard and Liz (BJ) Prack. He also is survived by his grandmothers, Marlene Measel and Charlotte Burgard; nine nieces and nephews; and four stepgrandchildren.
Robert was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Samuel Measel and David Burgard.
BURGARD - Friends of Robert Burgard, who died Saturday, March 5, 2022, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.Thursday at First Baptist Church, 221 W. New Castle St., Butler.
A funeral service will immediately follow at the church.
Services are under the direction of SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
