Thomas A. Raimondi
Thomas A. Raimondi III, 50, of East Butler died Friday morning at his home.
Born May 13, 1957, in Butler, he was a son of the late Thomas A. Jr., and Julie Ligus Raimondi.
He was a 1975 graduate of Butler High School and worked in the maintenance department at the Wal-Mart Superstore in Butler Township for the past three years. Prior to that he had worked for St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler for 18 years.
He was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, the East Butler Firemen's Club, the Happy Hunters Club, the Oneida Bow Club and the Butler City Hunting and Fishing Club. Mr. Raimondi was an avid archery hunter and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, riding quads and outdoor sports.
He was the husband of Deborah Lynn (Thomas) Raimondi, whom he married May 5, 1978.
Surviving are two daughters, Lisa (Bradley) Buckley and Tina (Gage) Suchonic, both of Butler; one son, Thomas Raimondi IV of Butler; two sisters, Carol S. Zinkham of Evans City and Joyce A. Thomas of East Butler; one brother, David L. Raimondi of Butler; two grandchildren, Riley Wach and Dakota Suchonic, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Adrianna May Raimondi.
RAIMONDI - Friends of Thomas A. Raimondi III, who died Friday, Jan. 18, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St. Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
St. Paul's Guild and Christian Mothers will meet Monday at 9:35 a.m. at the Church to recite the Rosary.
