Jo, Yours and Chip's great Sons,
And Wives and all the Kids,
Your Dad was a great and good man..
A friend to all who knew him.
He would help anyone and everyone who needed help, sometimes much to the frustration of his family waiting at home to go somewhere planned.... like to a wedding (Alan's specifically as I was there LOL).
Time meant nothing to Chip and now Chip you are where time is of no essence to anyone!
I hadnt seen you in a long while but did talk with you just a few weeks ago and you were just like you were the very first time I met you in Louisiana many years ago....kind and witty, and gentle and interesting.
You and Jo have raised 3 great sons and were so helpful with your GKids.

Uncle Chip was always fun! I remember him best for his gentle nature and great sense of humor and how he would always make time for us kids. I have many fond childhood memories of visiting Aunt Jo, Uncle Chip, and the boys, 'up North in Chicago'. Uncle Chip, you will be sorely missed, but we live in faith, knowing we will all meet again in Heaven.

God Bless Chip! He was a wonderful man, husband and father. My heart and prayers goes out to Mrs. Horcher and the family. I always enjoyed seeing and chatting with Chip, whether it was at thier home, the hardware store or Cajun Fest. He always brought his stories to life and I enjoy his company. And yes they were long conversations. I proud to have known the Chip. Lord take him and give a hug for me.

I was so sadden to hear of Chip's passing. When I heard a flow of memories filled me of him and my dad and all the things they did together- their lunches and working on small jobs at my house. I feel a bit of happiness to know that they are together again, but I do truly miss them both. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
