Alana Worsham Obituary

Alana Kay Worsham (Kay Kay), born on September 16, 1949 in Alice, Texas, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2006 surrounded by family and friends.She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Thomas A. and Patsy Y.Worsham, and brother Patrick Lewis Worsham.She is survived by two brothers and sister, Thomas A. Worsham (Patrice) of Portland, Texas, Lew Michael Worsham of Nederland, Texas, and Barbara Carbone of Brooklyn, New York. She is also survived by her four nieces and one nephew, Milena Worsham of Dallas, Texas, Tiana Worsham of Port Aransas, Texas, Jodayle Worsham of Portland, Texas, Kelsey Carbone of Brooklyn, New York, and Nicholas Carbone of Brooklyn, New York, and her Aunt Minnie Walsh of Sun City Center, Florida.Kay was a loved and cherished member of the Tuloso Midway Intermediate teaching team. She was a wonderful friend and mentor educating children for over 30 years. She will be greatly missed. Special thanks to the Figueroa family of Bandera, Texas; Kella, John, and Morgan. Thanks also to, Robbie Mumford and family, and to the administration and staff of Tuloso Midway Intermediate School.Visitation will be held between 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2006 at Seaside Funeral Home.A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14, 2006 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
