Montelongo - Anna Gabriela Montelongo was welcomed into heaven on June 11, 2021 at the age of 19. She was born on October 17, 2001 to Luis and Diana Montelongo in Corpus Christi, Tx.
Anna is survived by her loving parents Luis and Diana Montelongo, her sister Anissa Montelongo, Corpus Christi Tx, her precious dog Boo-Boo, paternal grandmother, Maria Victoria Montelongo, and maternal grandmother Lupe Carabajal, Beeville, Tx. Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Anna is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Manuel Montelongo, maternal grandfather Nicolas Carabajal from Beeville, Tx, uncle, Juan Manuel Montelongo, aunt Herlinda Silvas, and her adored cat Gizmo.
Anna was a 2020 graduate from W.B Ray High School. Anna took part in the Special Olympics and was an avid swimmer. Anna was very crafty and loved traveling places with her mom, dad, and sister, especially trips to Beeville. There she hung out with her cousins. She enjoyed laughing, dancing, loved eating crawfish and just having a good ole time. She was always so happy and loved to joke around. Anna always had a big smile on her face for anyone and everyone she came in contact with. She was just that way. Anna was her mother's best friend. They were inseparable and she was truly a daddy's girl, and the best dancing partner he ever had. She was an amazing and loving sister to her little sister. Anna and Anissa were inseparable, they traveled together, they learned to swim together, they did everything together. Her favorite day was Friday "GIRLS NIGHT". God made her to be such a very special person and she meant so much to a lot of people. She will be immensely missed. Rest in peace our sweet angel till we see each other again.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, June 21, 2021 at Seaside Reid Mausoleum Chapel with a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holy Family Catholic Church, 2509 Nogales St, Corpus Christi, Tx. Burial will follow at Seaside (Resurrection) cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gabriel Carabajal, Pablo Martinez, Mark Rash, Aaron Rash, David Garcia and Robert Steed.
