Corpus Christi, TX
Christopher Herrin, age 30, passed away April 3, 2017. He was born on April 5, 1986 to Joanne McClung (Randy McClung) and Tim Herrin (Tina Herrin) in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was raised in Corpus Christi, Texas and graduated from Flour Bluff High School in 2005.
He was employed by Associated HVAC. Christopher was a loving father, son, brother, and cousin. He will always be remembered for his love of family, music, stock car racing, football, surfing, and the beach. Chris was known by his family and friends as the jokester, he could always turn a bad situation into a good one. He will be dearly missed by all.
Chris is preceded in death by John and Joanne Sullivan; uncle Dave Mattheu; great uncle, J.L. Smith; and great aunt, Joyce Smith.
He is survived by his four daughters, Jaedyn, Krislyn, Madison and Brianna Herrin; three brothers, James Ghormley, Bubby Goynes and Timothy Herrin; and one sister, Brandi Goynes; paternal grandparents, Ken and Bernice Herrin; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00pm, Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am, Friday, April 7, 2017 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. I don't ever know where to start. Maybe when I met you at your Grandparents house across the street. Countless memories of friendship. From playing baseball, to making a BMX track from the burnt down field behind the Jr. High, to when I went with you to Cali. From the last time I hung out with you at pop pops departure. You were always a great friend and I will always remember you brother.
