Elizabeth Jo Uresti, age 28, passed away on May 15, 2017.
Elizabeth was born on January 30, 1989 to Joe Uresti and Esmeralda Marquez. She graduated from Moody High School. Elizabeth enjoyed more than anything the quality time she spent with her kids. Family was very important to her. She really loved to go couponing, trying new recipes and mingling with friends. Elizabeth will always be remembered for the love she had for her children and family. She had two nephews whom she loved dearly. Her laugh and smile were like no other. Elizabeth was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She is preceded in death by her father Joe Uresti, grandparents Eustolio Uresti, Pedro Reyes, Delfina Reyes, and her daughters father Michael Estrada.
Elizabeth is survived by her children, Hazel, Destanee, Lindsay Estrada, and Jeremy Uresti; mother Esmeralda Marquez (Joey); siblings, Maebeth Uresti (Daniel), Melanie (Tomas) Trevino, Joe Uresti; and nephews, Tomas and Uriah Trevino; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. that same evening with Pastor Steve Coronado Jr., officiating.

My deepest condolences to the family during this time. I hope you can find peace during this time. My prayers are sent to each and every one of you. I was hoping to attend the service to pay my respect but unfortunately I am out of town. Liz you will be missed dearly by all who knew you. Now you are with cracker watching over y'alls babies rest easy Liz
