Guadalupe Ballesteros Trujillo Obituary
Guadalupe (Lupita) Ballesteros Trujillo passed away November 8, 2003. She was 75 years old. She was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents Guadalupe and Isabel Ballesteros, her brothers, Jesse and Frank Ballesteros, and her beloved granddaughter Monica Marie Larios-Soliz. She was true to her faith and worshiped at Holy Family Catholic Church. The joy of her life was her husband, Inez and her children, to whom she has always been an inspiration and a wonderful example to follow. The love and happiness that she radiated, the dedication to all her family, her endless giving nature are only a few of the many memories that will forever remain in our hearts and be cherished by all of us who loved her dearly. Lupita enjoyed handwork such as embroidery and recently began quilt making. The beautiful creations that she left us will help to comfort us and will be treasured and will forever be wonderful mementos of her. She will be dearly missed by all her family and the many friends that she has known over th years. She is survived by her husband, Inez Trujillo; son, Jesse (Dianne) Trujillo; three daughters, RoseMarie (Dan) Soliz, Mary Ynes (Sylvester) Hernandez, and Maria Guadalupe (Rene) Trejo; two brothers, Ramiro (Nicole) Ballesteros and Paul (Marie) Ballesteros; three sisters, Josephine Torres, Mary (Macedonio) Villarreal, and Rosario De Leon; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives. Visitation will be held Monday, November 10, 2003 from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. that same evening at Memorial Funeral Home-Crosstown Chapel. A mass will be celebrated at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 11, 2003 at Holy Family Catholic Church with interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
