Hal BerryIngleside, TXHal Berry, 87, passed away May 18, 2015. He was born November 18, 1927, in Temple, Texas, to Hal J. and Cecil M. Berry. Hal was a member of the Church of Christ in Aransas Pass, Texas. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1944 until 1946. Hal retired as general foreman of the electrical department at Sherwin Reynolds Aluminum where he worked for 30 years.He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Shirley A. Berry of Ingleside, Texas, two sons, Hal R. Jr., (Cherryl) Berry of Utopia, Texas, Lawrence M. (Diane) Berry of the Woodlands, Texas, two daughters, Patricia (Jeff) Moody, Michele (Marvin) Perry both of Sinton, Texas, six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to Sunny Glen Childrens Home, P. O. Box 1373, San Benito, TX., 78586-9902Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2015, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with family being present from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, TX. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 21, 2015, at 1:00 p.m., at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Texas. Burial to follow at the Taft Cemetery in Taft, TX.
