John Vera Obituary

VERA John Richard Vera, age 34, passed away on March 1, 2010 in Corpus Christi, Texas. John was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on July 1, 1975. He was a graduate of Ray High School. He was currently working with Corpus Christi Town Club. John was a huge San Antonio Spurs fan. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Emilia Garcia and mother of his child, Michelle Cisneros.John leaves behind to cherish his memories, his four children, Xavier Vera (Sylvia) Cisneros, John Richard Vera Jr. (Mary Sanchez), Christian Vera and Jonathan Vera (Nicole Gutierrez). He is also survived by his mother, Mary Garcia, father, Richard (Thelma) Vera, his maternal grandfather, Joel L. Garcia Sr., and his siblings, Elodia (Michael) Rodriguez, Carlos Vera (Sharon Wright), Diane Vera, Ricky (Lily) Vera, Jeanie (Richard) Silva and Jose Vera. He had several nephews and nieces who will miss him dearly, Andrew Garza, Markis Mendoza, Victoria Love Lee Reyes, Kristian Vera, Leslie Vera, Michael Rodriguez Jr., and Noah Rodriguez.In lieu of flowers please make donations to the family at the Funeral home.Visitation will be held on Friday, March 5, 2010 from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Rosary to be held at 7:00 P.M. that same evening.
