Kris Ann Spears, 62 passed away March 23, 2017. She was born October 27, 1954 in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Kris Ann was a kind, loving, and supportive soul with an exuberant personality who created fast friendships where ever she went. She was full of laughter and knowledge and was always willing to help her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling, reading, gardening, gatherings with friends and family and loved spending time with her grandkids.
She is preceded in death by her father, Harry and brothers, Greg and Paul Plutowski.
She is survived by her husband, Gordon Spears III, three step-children and their spouses: Tammy and Tommy Hoffman, Jason Spears, April and Brady Osborne; mother, Darlyne Plutowski, grandchildren: Nathan Hoffman, Chase Hoffman, Aiden Spears, AJ Osborne, Noah Osborne, Faith Spears; great-granddaughter, Mae Lynn Hoffman and brother Scott Plutowski.
She would like to thank all those who have come into her life for teaching her, supporting her, and loving her. She has asked that instead of mourning her loss, we all celebrate her life with kindness and compassion, love and laughter, and sharing many fond memories.
Kris Ann has requested that her ashes be scattered at sea. There will be a Celebration of Life for her on Saturday, April 15, 2017, from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Mickey's Bar and Grill, Hampton's Landing in Aransas Pass. Online condolences may be made at www.charliemarshallfuneralhomes.com

Wow I just found out so sorry you were a terrific person if it weren't for you I would of been homeless at one point but you let me stay at your house till I got back on my feet. You would give the shirt off your body to help a person out friend or stranger. You will be missed by many, until we meet again my friend.
