Robert Villarreal Obituary

VILLARREAL Robert B. Villarreal, 81 passed away August 24, 2011. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on December 16, 1929.He served in the United States Air Force where he achieved the rank of Corporal, and worked as an electric motor repairman until he retired in 1995.He is preceded in death by his parents: Alvino and Tomasita Villarreal; two brothers: Alvino 'Sonny' Villarreal, Jr. and Jimmy Villarreal.Robert is survived by his wife of 59 years, Maria Elena Villarreal; three sons: Robert Villarreal, Jr., (Pat), Daniel Villarreal (Rosa), and Arnold Villarreal (Ida); three daughters: Christine V. Maldonado, Gracie V. Moya (Ricky), and Linda Villarreal; also surviving are 14 grandchildren and nine great-grand-children; sister, Mary Helen Tunches and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of friends.Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., that same evening on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly.A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Monday, August 29, 2011 at 10:00 a.m..Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.Please visit www.funerriadelangelmholly.com.
