Stephanie Weitzel Obituary
Corpus Christi - STEPHANIE RAE WEITZEL peacefully passed away on June 24, 2019, at the young age of 22. Stephanie was born in Houston, Texas and later attended school in Corpus Christi, Texas. She volunteered for PAWS animal shelter. She graduated with honors from Collegiate High School in Corpus Christi, Texas. She went on to graduate with a Bachelor's degree from Texas A & M College Station in December of 2018. Stephanie is survived by her parents David and Catalina Weitzel; siblings Ricky Juarez, Gabriel Godines, and Samantha "Kitty" Weitzel; Nephew Derek Juarez, Nieces Madison Juarez and Savannah Godines, her boyfriend Jeff Swaim. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. Services are being handled by Cage-Mills Funeral Directors and will be private.

Stephanie was one of my Language Arts students at T.B. Middle School. She was a shining star in academics and had the sweetest personality of many. I was deeply saddened to hear she had passed to go to her maker. She definitely left a long trail of beautiful memories behind. Fly high with the angels beautiful ! May you Rest In Peace darling girl.

So very sorry for the loss of your beautiful daughter/sister. She was a sweet girl with a bright future ahead. I know she was the apple of her mama's eye. She will be dearly missed. Rest in peace, Steph.

I have known the Weitzel family when Stephanie was about 5 years old. I had not seen Stephanie for a long time until David brought her and her sister to our wedding in Tennessee. I know how very close this family is to both their daughters and pray for their loss. God be with you Stephanie.....
