Todd Clinton ClugyTodd Clinton Clugy, beloved husband of Doña Sol Clugy, is now resting in peace with the Lord. He passed away on December 26, 2013 at 7:21 pm after fighting his battle with 4th stage Lung, Bone, and Brain Cancer for three years. He was 55 years old. A beloved son, husband, father, and friend, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him dearly. He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1978-1984 as a Computer/Electronic Technician in Norfolk, Virginia and all around the world. He also worked for the following companies: Lear Sieglar Inc., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Saudi International Business Center, Saudi Arabia; Intelogic Trace, San Antonio, Texas; Pitney Bowes, Corpus Christi, Texas; OES, San Antonio, Texas; Nielsen Media Research, Oldsmar, Florida; Direct TV, Corpus Christi, Texas; and PathFinder Energy Services-A Schlumberger Company, Corpus Christi, Texas. Todd was born in Greely, Colorado and became a lifetime supporter of the Denver Broncos since 1966. They have always been his favorite professional football team. He had always continued to follow, support, and root for the Broncos, in good times and bad, from points all around the world. He was proud to be a member of Bronco Nation. He loved to write and analyze about football games. He wrote articles for the Mile High Report and established the original Todd's Odds in San Antonio, Texas. He also followed and loved watching the San Antonio Spurs as well. He attended UTSA, where he has various published articles that can be found in the University library. He enjoyed playing football, fishing, barbecuing, wood whittling, camping at Big Bend National Park, playing chess, watching movies, reading his KJ Bible, going out and saving souls for the Fishers of Men church group and spending time with his family and friends.He was preceded in death by his father, Steven Fredrick Clugy, and stepfather, Justo Garcia Blazquez.Todd is survived by his mother, Margaret Becksted Garcia of San Antonio, Texas; brothers Ralph Clugy, of Houston, Texas, and Jess Garcia of San Antonio, Texas; wife Doña Sol Clugy, four children-sons Steven-13 yrs old, and Kyle-12 yrs old; daughters Margaret-8 yrs old, and Christine-5 yrs old, all of Corpus Christi, Texas; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Services and visitation will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Bible Believers Baptist Church at 1701 Rand Morgan Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas. Interment with full military honors will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, January 20, 2014 at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 9974 IH 37 Access Road, Corpus Christi, Texas. The family wishes to thank all friends and family members who gave their loving support to us all in our time of great loss. Our deepest and sincerest gratitude to you all, we love you dearly. **Todd was very proud to have been awarded the Bexar County Hidalgo Award for Excellence. **Services have been entrusted to All Faith Cremation & Funeral Services of Ingleside, Texas.
