Albert Figg Obituary
age 97, was born in 1920 to William and Amy Figg in England. Albert was married to the love of his life, Barbara, for 71 years. Al was educated in England and after World War II, he and Barbara moved to Canton, Ohio. Al worked for the Hoover Company where he retired as a Chief Engineer. He was an avid golfer and an award winning painter.
Albert is survived by his wife Barbara; his son Mike (Lucy); grandson Greg (Katie); and great-grandson Albert Michael.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Aultman Hospice and Canton Regency for the compassionate care given to Al. There will be no calling hours. Condolences may be made at www.karlofh. com

I was fortunate to work at The Hoover Company, Engineering Division from 1980 to 2004. Just like the saying goes, working at Hoover was a "family atmosphere". One of our "fathers" was Al Figg. Not a day would go by without seeing his wonderful smile or hearing his tremendous laugh. It was my pleasure to know him, and I offer my prayers and condolences to his family.
