'Charlie' Craig
64, of Canal Fulton, formerly of Massillon, passed away quietly on Thursday morning, Jan. 8, 2015. Born in Massillon, Oct. 26, 1950, a son to the late Harry Craig and Erma L. (Meyborg) Craig-Santangelo, Charlie graduated from Washington High School with the Class of 1968. He retired from The Timken Company and in his leisure time enjoyed golf, remodeling projects, watching movies and the company of several much loved pets.
Preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Patrick Allman; Charlie is survived by his wife, Rebecca A. 'Becky' (Engelhardt) Craig, of Massillon; daughters, Julie Craig (and Jason Sentivany), of Pickerington, Amy (Todd) Lustig, of Massillon and Katherine 'Katie' (Jason) Norris, of Canton; grandchildren, Rachael and Michael Sentivany and Hunter and Rheegan Lustig; sisters, Linda L. Allen and Carolyn A. (Patrick) Peel, all of Massillon; 18 nieces and nephews, and friend, Karen Anderson.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, at Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Massillon. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Family and friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6-8:00 p.m. The family has suggested memorial contributions in Charlie's name be made in care of TRIO (Transplant Recipients International Organization), Inc. or Lifebanc.
