Dear Clyde and family,
I am saddened to hear of Ms Darla's passing. I only knew her from the Dr. office however she brightened my day whenever she would come in for her visits. I could see she was getting tired... I will keep you all in my prayers for I know she will be sorely missed by all who knew her. From what I could tell she would love it if you keep smiling when you talk of the good times and about how she brightened each one of your days! Stir up the memories as often as you can for that will help keep her close to you. Take care of each other, Hugs to all.
Sincerely Loreen L

Dear Clyde and Family:
It is with sincere regret that we extend our deepest sympathy on the passing of Darla. She was a truly wonderful person. Joe and I hold such beautiful memories of the times we all spent together and laughed about our shared views of the world. They were enjoyable times and will never be forgotten.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Darla. May God bless her.

Paula, and Donnie, I am so grateful we have stayed so close to each other over these past 30+ years you have been in CT. We have a bond that is truly special, and I am keeping both you in my thoughts and prayers. Your mom was truly an amazing person.
To My Auntie Darla- Words alone cannot express how much I will miss having you in my life. So many wonderful memories I will always cherish. Your love for family was one that was very special. I find comfort in the fact that you are coming "home", and will have eternal peace next to Uncle Don. I still carry in my wallet, the prayer/poem you gave me 10 years ago. It was from 1973 when Grandpa Marran died.
As we go through life, people may forget what you said to them, or what you did for them.. but they will never forget how you made them feel. My special Auntie made everyone who met her feel loved!
All my love,
Your Nephew and "Second Son",
Victor

My deepest sympathy to all of Darla's family. We had the honor of knowing Darla and Clyde because their grandson Tyler played little league baseball with our son. Very soon after meeting Darla she became "Baseball Grandma" to my family. She adopted my 3 yr old daughter as hers. Paige always wanted to know if baseball grandma would be at the game. She was always at the game unless of course she had a tee time at the same time. We also shared our love of Disney! Darla and Clyde are truly two of the nicest people anyone could ever meet. Unfortunately, it has been a number of years since I've seen Darla however, through my friendship with her daughter Paula I got updates on Darla. Speaking of Paula, how lucky was Darla to have her for a daughter? The bond they shared was very special. Paula always took care of her, looked in on her, but most of all had so much fun with her! When Paula let me know Darla had passed I was overcome with sadness. The world lost one of the best! May you all find peace knowing she is no longer in pain or ailing from anything! I'm sure she is having her best games of gold in Heaven!
Love and prayers to you all!
