Doris Coby Obituary
84, formerly of Canton, Ohio, passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Earl and Blanche C. (Knepper) Reiman; sisters, June Barkman and Janet Bates; brother, Clair Reiman; husband, John Coby; and her beloved companion, Bob Welker. She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Christine (Lacy) Marcum; grandchildren, Franklin (Carrie) Holdren, Ryan (Tracie) Holdren, Dustin Holdren, David Marcum and Stacy Marcum; great-grandchildren, Naya, Alyssa, Wyatt and Sydney Holdren and Elizabeth and Samantha Marcum; sisters, Helen Engle and Irene Evans; sister-in-law, Mary Jane Reiman; numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends, whom she cared for deeply.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10 at the Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St., Plain City, Ohio. A Celebration of Life will follow immediately after. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sandyville United Methodist Church, PO Box 7, Sandyville, OH 44671. Visit
