I think of Dr Seese so often and miss him very much. He was my cardiologist for many years, and I will always be thankful for how he advocated for me during my triple by-pass surgery. He was the doctor for my daughter too, and we both want Skips family to know that his life mattered to us, and we will always feel the void that his passing left in our lives. His family is in our thoughts prayers.

Hard to believe that it has been 2 years since you have left this crazy world. I bet you are looking down in disbelief at the Steelers, we haven't been doing very good the last couple years and the Browns are actually doing better - see what happens when you leave. I bet you and Bill are up there right now comparing these two teams and just laughing. Well it's not the same down here without ya, with hospitals shutting down and being torn down all around us - I don't think this would have happened, had you still been here. I know we all miss ya. My mom especially loved your crazy self.

Dr Seese had save my live twice and took good care of me for 13 years.I am very sad and will be lost on what to do next. He was funny and told me my medical history was bathroom reading.My medical history was a big book .He kept on top of me and I miss him so much. Dr Seese was a great doctor and I will miss him.

To the Family of Dr. Seese so sorry for the lost of your Father and Friend .
He was a kind DR. who would always take time to talk to you when he had to serve me when my Dr. Gross was out of town. He even stop in if he fine out if I was in the Hospital and would fill in for Dr. Gross .
His smile and even a joke would put you to ease and when he left he would say now no talking about me to Dr Gross and would laugh.
Now he join God in Haven and was welcome into his new job as a Angle to ever one he had serve and to get them back to good health.
My God grant him Rest but I am sure he ask God for a Job already and he is back working in his New Home in Haven.

To the family of Dr. Seese: My deepest condolences and prayers of restoration and wholeness, during this time of adjustment.
I remember the last conversation with He and my mother, in her hospital room, at Aultman last year.
He has helped my mom live as long as she has, even with compromised heart issues.
May we all endeavor to follow his example of: Passion, Compassion, and. Commitment, to whatever craft/career we choose.
I will always remember Dr. Seese for. Being a great. Dr, and an even Better Person.

I met Skip when I started working at Doctors Hospital many years ago. He was such a compassionate caring Doctor who took the time with patients as well as the staff. Skip always shared his humor and kindness to all around him. Skip assisted me obtaining a nursing job closer to my home. He was such a kind man. Dr. Seese was a bright light in some very dark times. He was hope for families facing the unknown when ill. I had the pleasure of working with Skip for several years at Doctors Hospital and he never didn't have a smile. He found the good in every bad situation. I was so sorry to hear this. Dr. Sense was so kind and funny. He put me immediately at ease when I first had to have the scary experience of seeing a heart doctor about 12 years ago. My first encounter with Dr Seese was in May 2009 I had to have an open heart surgery he was not only my doctor but my friend when I woke up from Heart surgery of all the doctors with all the other doctors and nurses he is the only one I remember. he took great care of me for almost 9 years. he had a way about him that no one has he was a good listener when I needed to vent. He always had a smile for me and sometimes a joke or two when he walked into a room he would put everyone at ease. I will never forget his kindness and humor he will always have a piece of my heart. It is because of him that I am here today! Rest in Peace Dr Skip you will be missed. It is said that only the good die young so God got him another angel. my condolences and prayers go out to his family.

I just want to say that we will greatly miss Dr Sees. He saved my life when he found a tumor in my heart. He has been my dr for the last 12yrs. He seen my dad on Sunday the day he passed then to hear Dr Seese passed too I was shocked. Dr. Seese was myself and my husbands cardiologist. He saved my husbands life twice, he was there by my side this past Christmas when I came so very close to losing my husband, he never sugar coated anything, I could always count on him to be honest and that meant a lot. There are no words worthy enough to describe what he meant to myself and my family. I used to tell him I loved him even though he was a steelers fan. My husband, Randy Slates, thought Dr. Seese was an amazing human being, and a great friend. Just hearing him talk about Skip made me feel the same way. Years ago we looked at a house at Lake Harmony where Dr. Seese lived, and he wanted us to move there so badly and become neighbors. He was not your average doctor. He was a friend, first, a doctor second. My mom believes that Dr. Seese saved her life, and she remembers when he'd come into the room and give her a big bear hug. His passing is a terrific loss to so many people. A good doctor treats the disease, a great doctor treats the patient that has the disease. That was Dr. "Skip" Seese. We will miss you. Let his family and all of us, let our memories of him fill our minds, warm our hearts and lead all of us through.

What an absolute gut wrenching loss to the medical community. There will never be another doctor like him, the way he made his patients feel at ease, and feel as though he was your true partner in whatever fight you were facing. He even understood why this old school nurse couldn't bring herself to call him "Skip".
