Harry Gump Obituary

Harry B. Gump
70, passed away March 21, 2015. He was born May 16, 1944 the son of Asle Dunlap and Catherine (Gump) Burnside in Glendale, W.Va. Harry proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He retired from Massillon Container. Harry enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Harry is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Nancy J. Gump; son, Robert L. (Rebecca) Gump Sr; grandson, Robert L. Gump Jr.; six step-grandchildren; and 12 step-great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Reed Funeral Home (Canton Chapel) and Thursday from 12 to 1 p.m. where services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Craig Ott officiating. Interment will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Christian Children's Home of Ohio (P.O. Box 765 Wooster, Ohio 44691).
