Doug,
You and your family are in my prayers. Your Mom was a wonderful person. I enjoyed her as my teacher in High school, and enjoyed seeing her every year at the Uniontown Festival. I'm sure she will be missed by many.

Dear Doug and Kim, I'm so sorry for your loss. It is so hard to lose a parent. I'm sure you will miss her dearly. Like Betty said, she did make the best peanut butter fudge I ever ate in my life.
God Bless you and your family. Love, Diane Lenke

My condolences to you Doug, Kim, Megan and Jay. Helen was a great Mom and Grandma. Cherish the memories and hopefully she left her secret to making the best peanut butter fudge in the world!

We were so sorry to read about Helen's passing. Both Ron and I so enjoyed both Helen and Don when we spent so many hours years ago with the Lake Band Boosters, in the days of Jack Bair. We experienced the loss of our son, Jon, last summer. He was a friend of Lori and her husband. So much happens as time passes.
I will always remember Helen when she would stop in my office at the Lake Admin. We would spend time chatting about family and friends. She was a good friend and a compassionate person.
Your memories of her, as well as Don and Lori, are treasures in your hearts.
May God bless your entire family.
