Jack Strobel Obituary

Jack William Strobel
age 76, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010, at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Okla. Jack was born Jan. 27, 1934, in Massillon, to Willard and Eva (Jaggers) Strobel. He graduated with the Class of 1952 from Washington High School. Jack married Barbara (Cocklin) Strobel Aug. 23, 1952. Jack worked at Griscom-Russell Company and MCA Sign Company in Massillon before being transferred to Tulsa in 1971. Jack was a 32nd Degree Mason. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Eva Strobel; his brother, Larry Strobel; and his oldest son, Kirk Strobel, the husband of Nicki.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Strobel of Tulsa; his sons, Jack Strobel, Jr., Wade Strobel and his wife, Tammy, Brad Strobel and his wife, Tammie; his brother, David Strobel and his wife, Faye; eight grandchildren, Reid, Aaron, Trent, Cody, Jack, Ryan, Brennan and Christine; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were handled by Schaudt's Funeral Service in Tulsa. Family and friends may view the obituary and send condolences to the family online at www.schaudtfuneralservice.com
