James Sorge Obituary
76, of Massillon, Ohio went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 16, 2013. Born Sept. 29, 1936 to the late Joseph and Alice Sinkovich Sorge, in Alliance, where he graduated and then joined the Air Force. He worked at Ashland Oil in Canton and retired in 1993.
Survived by his wife, Linda Donavan Sorge; brother, Joe Sorge; children, Annette, De, Gina, Maria, Troy, and Jaime; grandchildren, Jacob, Josh, Shawn, Michelle, Tiffany, Nathan, Dustin, Lance, and Logan; great-grandchildren, Jacqueline, Anthony, Cameron Morgan and Josh Jr.
James enjoyed working with his hands, painting, building things, his grandchildren, going for walks and visiting neighbors, He loved music, playing his accordion and listening to Bill Gaither videos. He loved his God.
Viewing at Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel, Friday April 19 from 12 to 1 p.m. Service at 1 p.m. Burial immediately following at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens in Canton. Thank you Country Lawn in Navarre for your care for him.
