Dearest Dr. Kathy and your family,
Such an incredible shock; just found out today, the 29th. When Jeff and I were attending Lehman H.S. together, I will never forget his many no-hitters. Such a sweet and fearless guy, always ready for any challenge. I send to you my deepest heartfelt prayers. Trust, that in time, your precious memories of Jeff and the life you shared with zest and joy, will turn your tears to smiles. Finally, I miss seeing you at the cleaners. I am so sorry to hear of your sudden loss. I wish to join all those who know and love you and Jeff to gather you in with God's love.

Kathy and The Haupt Family,
It's hard to understand why people are taken from us, but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of such a well-lived life. We will miss his smile.
