Nancy, my heart goes out to you through the great loss of John. From the first time I met you and John, I knew you were both special people. I can still recall sitting at the pre-sale of Planet Fitness giving you both the information on memberships when you quizzed me on safety and CPR certification of the staff. I immediately thought, that's the type of relationship I one day wish to find, someone who cares so much as you and John did for each other.
Over the 2 years I managed PF, I loved the conversations with John and miss them dearly. And he was inspirational to so many doing his best to stay healthy and workout with or without that oxygen tank with him. I regret not being able to make it back to Canton to visit but I hope you know you're both always in my mind and prayers. I hope you find peace and feel love as you process the deep loss felt by all those that John crossed paths with.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to you and your family during this difficult time. I hope the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring you some comfort. Just knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
