I VERY much enjoyed our conversations at the American Legion. We laughed a lot. I will miss John very much. I'm sorry I won't be there to show my respect because I'm out of town.

Our family will always be very indebted to John for his friendship and advocacy for my dad Harold. Helping to get Harold into the American Legion was meaningful beyond words to my dad, and it was a fitting honor when John led the honor guard at Harold's funeral just a few months ago. Blessings to John and to you!
