Judith Brinkley Obituary
on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017. She was
born in Canton, Ohio on Oct. 10, 1945, to
the late Earl and Katherine (Pelkey)
Shuman. Judy was an avid bowler and always
enjoyed watching the Cleveland Indians
and Cavaliers. Her greatest joy in life
was her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded
in death by her brother, Gerald "Jerry" Shuman, and step-mother,
Viola "Vicky" Shuman. Judy is survived by her husband of 55
years, Peter J. Brinkley Jr.; children, Ruth Litten, Paul Brinkley, and
Antiquea "Tika" (Kate Coz) Brinkley; grandchildren, Missy Douglas,
Daniel "D.J." (Alexandra) Litten, Paul "P.J." Brinkley Jr., Dustin Litten,
and Dylan Litten; great-grandchildren, Hannah and Dominic
Douglas, Jack and Luke Litten, Aiden Peatross, and Kendra and Brianna
Brinkley; and nieces, Jodi Palmer and Jennifer Mason.
Services will be held graveside on Friday, Oct.
6, 2017, at 1:00 p.m., at the McClain Mausoleum
inside of Forest Hill Cemetery (4414 Cleveland
Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44709). A gathering for the
celebration of Judy's life will be held after the service
at Judy and Pete's house (2960 Daleford Ave.
NE, Canton, 44705). Funeral arrangements entrusted
to the Mark R. Vrabel Funeral Home of North Canton, Ohio
(330-452-4041).

Tika, there are no words to express how sorry we are for your loss. We love you and even though we are miles and miles apart you are very close at heart. I will always remember the fun we had with your your mom when she visited Fairbanks and the fun we had in Eveleth on July 4th! You were(are) such an amazing daughter and friend to your mom.
