Lida Pfingsten Obituary
Lida M. Pfingsten, age 90, of Canton, passed away
"Together Again"
Monday afternoon in Aultman Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Canton, OH on October 18, 1917. Her parents were the late Wilber and Esta (Knoble) Beckley. She was a former employee of the Kennedy Barbecue Restaurant for a number of years. She was a member of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church and AARP. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Herbert W. Pfingsten on November 17, 1994; grandson, Todd Johnson in 2006 brother, Byron O. Beckley. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Joan and Tom Johnson of Louisville, Nancy and Richard Reinbold of Canton; one brother, John G. Beckley of Canton; one granddaughter and spouse, Joy and Mark Kaufman of Canton; two great grandchildren, Stone and Saylor Kaufman of Canton. Services will be held Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Rossi Funeral Home with Rev. John Mather officiating. Internment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call at the Rossi Funeral Home on Wednesday (TONIGHT) 5-8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to services from 10-11 a.m.
