From the first moment I met Joe I knew he was different from all others. I called him Eddie Haskell but, what was different is, he was polite and respectful and it was genuine. I will always remember the smiles he put on my face while he attended Horizon Elementary School,as the lunchroom lady he always had a way of making the classes laugh and me as well.Such a wonderful guy and was greatly liked by all.He has forever touched my life and everyone he came in contact with.

Joseph was like a member of our family. His smiling face and "let's have fun" attitude brought us lots of smiles and laughs back in the day here in Cross Creek. We all love you and miss you terribly Joseph. There will not be a day that we don't think of you and remember you with love and fondness. A terrible loss to all, a true son of Port Orange, Joe was always funny, intelligent and committed. He brightened all of our days. Joseph is going to be greatly missed by so many. He lit up the room with his personality. He would do anything for anyone! He loved his family, friends, and Hayden so much. I thought for sure he would make it pro one day in mma. He had so much going for him. I'm praying for his family and missing and thinking about him every second. I still can't believe it.
