Dear Chris and Jim,

Words cannot express our extreme sorrow for the loss of Matt. Our hearts ache for you. We have shed tears and prayed that God would comfort you now and in the days to come. Matt was such a kind gentle soul with such a wonderful smile. He was Danny's first friend and we will always cherish our memories of him and Danny playing together on the Greentown baseball team. We are thankful that Matt lived his dream and shared his music with the world.

With sympathy,
Jim, Diane and Dan Casher

Mrs. McKeon & Jimmy, I am so sorry! The world has lost a beautifully spirited man & a talented musician. He was my first love and remained my best friend. This is truly a tragedy of devastating proportions. I weep with you. Please know that I am here for anything, anytime. He was the bravest and kindest person I knew. His beautiful, big green eyes always looked so bright in any photographs that I took. It was an honor being so close to him. I feel incredibly blessed and lucky. At the same time, I feel an unbelievably heavy sadness and loss. Mrs. McKeon, you raised a fine, young man. My heart and prayers are with you and your family.

Matt was like another son to us. He was not only an extremely gifted drummer, he had a wonderful sense of humor and was a kind and gentle soul. I am sure our son Justin was one of the first to greet his best friend and bandmate and tell him "Dude, this place is awesome!" I am sure if we listen closely, we will once again hear them jamming and I am sure John will be sitting back nodding his approval just like the old days. "Spider" we will miss you terribly.
Much Love
