Maxine Stein Obituary

"Together Again"
Maxine G. Stein
Age 86, of Navarre passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2009 while surrounded by her loving family. Maxine was raised by the late Morgan and Arie Jones and was a graduate of Brewster High School. Following high school Maxine married the late Jesse Stein, to whom she was married to for 60 years. She lived in the Dalton area for thirty years and worked at Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad Company during World War II. Other than her parents and husband, Maxine was preceded in death by her daughter Gina Withrich.
She will be greatly missed by her son Dale (Valerie) Stein of Dalton; son-in-law Walter Withrich; grandchildren Adam Stein of Virginia, Tiffany Stein of Pennsylvania; Kristin (Craig) Johnson of Orrville OH, Brittany (Kevin) Rippin of Streetsbough, OH and six great-grandchildren.
A private Burial of cremains will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions maybe made in Maxine's name to Mercy Hospice Foundation or to The America Cancer Association. To Sign the on-line guestbook or to share a fond memory on Maxine please visit
