My sister and I had the good fortune to take piano lessons from Mr Hanenkrat on Wednesday evenings for over 10 years. We will always remember what he taught us and how he taught us. He was a patient man who obviously loved music and people. I still play many of the pieces that he selected and pay attention to the notes that he made on each.

To the Unklesby family, sorry to hear about your Uncle Paul. I remember going to bingo with your Uncle Paul & Mom, we had a good time. You are in my thoughts & prayers.

Paul was a dedicated and talented musician. It takes a special person to prepare music every week for services. He taught me valuable lessons about accompanying and performing in church services and I will always be grateful for his support. What a joy that Paul was able to do what he loved until he left us.
I know he is in Great Company now!

Paul was my piano teacher after I had graduated from college, taught piano and music. He said he was my coach and he sure was a good one. I will always remember him as very kind, very good teacher, knowing what to tell me to pratice and good about what pieces to play.

My thoughts to Paul's family. He was one of my piano teachers when I was a boy, and I remember his vast patience during a time when I did not feel like practicing.
A little managed to get through, and provided me with a wonderful pasttime for life. Thanks, Paul.
