Phyllis Shundry Obituary
on Monday, October 30, 2017. She
was born January 13, 1952 in Canton,
Ohio to the late Philip and Esther
Shundry. Phyllis retired from the State
of Ohio after many years of service.
She enjoyed spending time with her
grandkids and going to their sporting
events. She also enjoyed the outdoors,
hiking, tending to her yard, traveling,
and above all else laughing and enjoying
life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her
twin brother, Philip; and brother, Mike.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Amber (Shaye) Hicks of
Bolivar; and grandchildren, Jarrod and Macey Hicks; brothers, Gary
(Paula) Shundry and Jim (Val) Shundry; sisters-in-law, Kathy Shundry
and Janet Shundry; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at
Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel, 705 Raff Rd. S.W., Canton, Ohio
44710 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at

I remember Phyllis from Garfield Grade School. I remember going to the school dances and seeing Phyllis there. RIP Phyllis and Phillip.You are together again
