Carter Jr.
was born May 19th 1945 to the late Raphiel Carter Sr. and Rosie Carter. He went on to glory Dec. 1st 2020. He is also proceeded in death by brothers, George, Paul, Silas, and Willie Carter, and a sister, Martha Harvey. Raphiel is survived by two siblings, Rosie Graves and Alton Carter Sr; four children, Carla, Raphiel III, Douglas Carter, and Teea Jacobs; fiancé, Gwen Degraffenried; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
There won't be calling hours and the Memorial Service will be private for family only. We love you and you will always be in our hearts.

My condolences to my sister Gwen and the Carter Family. Raphiel was always kind to me, whenever I'd visit my sister. He was always a cool dresser.

To the family of Raphiel, What a good guy our family has always been very fond of him for years, he has always been around, just like family. I know him because of my Uncle Jim Barney. He has always been a great friend of his. He will not be forgotten, may he rest in peace.
