Great memories of Dick at Mercier Tool and Die in the early to late 1960's. He took this 18 year old "Crazy Kid", that's what he called me, under his wing and taught me most of what I know of the tool and die trade. We went to a lot of Mckinley football games together. He was a teacher, mentor, and most of all a dear friend untill I went into the Aif Force in 68'. I saw him a couple times over the years when I was home on leave untill I retired in 1995. Wish I had stayed in closer touch. The world has lost a great man but God has gained one. God bless his family and friends.
