Calling hours will be held Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Reed Funeral Home North Canton Chapel, 801 Pittsburg Ave. N.W., North Canton, Ohio 44720 from 5- 7 p.m. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 8, 2016 at the funeral home at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bob's name to North Canton Church of Christ, 1301 E. Maple St., North Canton, OH 44720. The family would like to thank the staff at Akron General Visiting Nurse & Hospice, for their heartfelt care. Mel and Family, sending love and prayers of comfort for you all. Bob was such a special one of a kind man. I am so grateful for his friendship over the years. He was a great mentor and had such a unique way of taking a professional conversation and delivering challenge, care, advice and humor all within one interaction. I revered him professionally and learned so much about fun ways to compete (our years battling for the #2 spot!) and grow caring professional friendships through my many interactions with Bob and Melanie over the past 17 years. I am heartbroken for you all and I am thinking of you. I will sincerely miss Bob.
